I started my daily meditation practice in 2015 to help manage stress and the results were life changing. I love to share my experiences to help others learn how to quiet our busy minds and relax.
I earned my mindfulness and meditation teaching certification from the Koru Mindfulness Center, developed at Duke University. Since then, I have taught students of diverse ages, from young adults to senior citizens.
I believe that everyone can meditate once you understand the basics. I teach a variety of ways to meditate (one size does not fit all!) and how to find what works for you.
